Favorite Smoothie

- I always start with a hefty handful of spinach. You really can't taste it and sometimes it's nice to drink your veggies rather than eat them.
-Next add your frozen fruit. Whatever you have on hand. I usually buy a mixed variety from the store or mix and match whatever sounds good.
-Add some liquid. I usually stick with water but coconut water or almond milk can be good too!
-I like to add a squirt of lime, lemon or a sprinkle of flavoring from a crystal light packet. When I do this, it's really just a tiny sprinkle. This enhances the flavor without adding music sugar or calories
-Blend it all up and enjoy! You can also add collagen, greek yogurt, protein powder. Get creative!
